RHOA episode 17 “The Error Apparents” reaction

A new episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired Sunday, March 18 and this week NeNe’s afraid to finalize her divorce! Here’s our take on it:

Peter is upset about Malorie’s behavior at the anniversary party as Cynthia is not sure if she was drunk or what. Cynthia should work harder to mend the hurt feelings between the people she loves the most.

Kandi goes to see Kim at the Barbie mega-mansion to talk about the tension in their relationship. They agree to communicate more, and leave things on a positive note.

NeNe goes to see her lawyers to finalize her divorce. Thad and Randy explain that she needs to sign off on one last piece of document to finish everything. But NeNe isn’t sure if she can do it.

Phaedra’s man Apollo has a speaking engagement but Phaedra’s running late.

But at least she finally showed up to support her hubby – Ayden in tow.

Sheree’s daughter Tierra says her man Damon is shopping for engagement rings but Sheree wants him to talk to her first. Sheree reminds Tierra that men change once they get married some for the better and some for the worst. But Tierra’s to excited to care listen to her mother’s great advice.

Malorie stops by the modeling agency to talk to Cynthia before she’s jets off to France. But Cynthia is as cold as ice. Mal apologizes but when Cynthia brings up her brother-in-law Chris…Mal gets all defensive but they manage to hug-it-out as Mal leaves.

Phaedra hires a bus to pick up the gang to head off to a water-park over two hours away for her baby boy’s first birthday party.

Dwight is on hand…in a suit none the less plus a few more party planners in tow.

Don’t forget the 12 cakes for a one-year old’s birthday party. Like he even knows where he is much less enjoy a dozen cakes.

Marlo tries to do some damage control alone with Lawrence and she admits to using the f-word then manages to say it three more times before the short conversation is over with her new bangs.

Kandi goes a little bit country as she performs her first country song along side Jo Dee Messina in Nashville.

NeNe goes to speak to a therapist about her divorce and decides she needs more time before she can sign the papers.

And next time on “Fresh Princes”

Ayden gets baptized and Kroy finally comes home with some bling. Damon shops with Sheree for an engagement ring for Tierra and Kim confronts Cynthia about her comments about her in Africa.

RHOA episode 16 “Peaches and Screams” reaction

A new episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired Sunday, March 11 and this week everyone was fighting, even siblings! Here’s our take on it:

Kim and her dad Joe both want to fire Sweetie after catching her smoking at the back of the house, when they were supposed to doing some massive spring cleaning!

Later when Sweetie is late and apparently swore at Kim’s daughter…the talk of firing Sweetie comes up again. Like just do it already…but didn’t Kim sit and smoke with Sweetie before Kroy came along??

Phaedra tries to get her bling on while at her first embalming lesson. Later she recruits her mother to help with intake, talk about family business!

NeNe’s son Bryson is finally released from jail and Gregg picks him up and drops him off at home.

His parents ask why he chose to steal two razors instead of just paying for them. Bryson says his future plans involve opening a restaurant. But NeNe needs him to find a job and a deadline to move out.

Peter is in full party planning mode as Cynthia sneaks up on him. He admits that he’s over budget and may have to borrow some cash to close the deal.

And a Bentley limo is coming to get them but Peter doesn’t want Cynthia’s sister Malorie to show up. But Mal asks who’s paying for this party and Cynthia admits that they both are.

When the free Bentley limo doesn’t even show up, Peter loses his mind at the dispatcher and they decide to just hop in their own car and head to the party themselves!

Later at the party, Cynthia’s mom Barbara and Mal admit they’re shocked that the couple of the hour would make it to their first year anniversary. When Mal starts about how controlling Peter is, Cynthia quickly shuts her down.

Which was good but why did she have to do it in front of everyone! On the way to the party, Sheree lets Lawrence in on the gay slur that Marlo threw out in Africa and he’s shocked as he’s known her for four years. So later at the party, the two confront Marlo.

But Marlo denies making the comment and bolts back to her cute date!

Later Mal starts to get heated at Cynthia about how Peter isn’t even man enough to come find her to clear up the bad blood between them. She starts to cry and shout but Cynthia doesn’t back down and everyone notices!

And next time on “The Error Apparents”

Kandi tries her hand at country music again as NeNe isn’t sure about finalizing her divorce to Gregg. Kim and Kandi finally talk about the tension between them and Sheree’s daughter Tierra has engagement news! Cynthia tells her sister Mal just how embarrassed she was of Mal’s outburst at the anniversary party. And Phaedra throws her little baby boy Ayden a water-themed first birthday party.

A new episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired on March 5 and the women returned from South Africa! Here’s our take on it:

As the ladies start to ready to go home as Marlo recruits a staffer to help pack her bag for her while she sits on her ass chewing ice. Then NeNe borrows the same poor child to help her finish up her packing too…

The rest of the staff sing to the ladies as they board their shuttle back to the airport.

Meanwhile, Kim trips balls at her assistant Sweetie, who is busy chilling by the pool claiming she has been waiting on people to return her calls but this blows up in her face later.

When Kendra the interior designer stops by later she says she’s been trying to get a hold of her so Kim throws Sweetie under the bus saying that she has been hearing the same from a bunch of people now! Did you know that Kim is LEASING her mega-mansion from Kendra the interior designer? You aren’t the only ones!

And did you hear Kim saying that she took in Riley for a week when AJ died to help out Kandi. Kim is desperately seeking a nanny to help her care for KJ while Kroy is at training camp. So Sweetie suggests Pincha, one of two housekeepers who was a nanny for years before coming to work for Kim. And after all that, Kim is still pissed!

Cynthia comes home to see that her daughter Noelle and Peter didn’t miss her much. That’s so sweet to see Peter and Noelle getting along so well. Cynthia forgot to get Peter anything from South Africa so Noelle offers him an elephant key chain she just got from her mom. Peter announces that he is throwing a one-year anniversary party for his wife in which she just needs to show up looking pretty.

On the way to Kim’s for lunch, Kandi and Phaedra stop by Sheree’s lot to check on the building progress but all there is a big dirt hole in the ground. Literally.

Sheree gets to Kim’s early to gossip about Africa before Kandi and Phaedra get there.

Elsewhere, Peter with the help of NeNe plan out the details for the anniversary party. NeNe confides in Peter about Bryson’s arrest for the worse shop-lifing case ever. NeNe debates bailing his ass out or leave his ass there to figure out her again.

And back at the lunch, Kim finally confronts Kandi about the not holding a black baby in Africa and things get heated quickly.

Kandi yells that she doesn’t think Kim is racial at all and they agree to disagree but Kim is still shocked about the whole argument.

And next time on “Peaches and Screams”

Bryson gets outta jail as NeNe needs helps setting him straight, Peter’s anniversary party gets heated as Cynthia and her sister Malorie fight about Peter…again. Phaedra goes to dead-people school and Kim is feed up with Sweetie. Lawrence confronts Marlo about her gay bashing in Africa with Sheree by his side.

RHOA season 4 special: ‘Kim Loves Kroy’ reaction

Doesn’t the title just say it all. So funny to see how it all started on the air, love that is. This is all about leading up to Kim’s wedding extravaganza fitting titled, Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding. Andy Cohen takes us back to where it all started with Kim’s long time physic Rose who called Kim’s soon to come son KJ. Those wigs where bad…and who could forget Big Poppa. And remember when Kim was into women? NeNe nearly lost her mind.

It was love at first glance at his tight end. Oh Kim fell for Kroy’s behind before she knew he was the one. But Kroy fell for that blonde bombshell from the very start. Kim got new boobs, new wigs and a new man all at the same time. When it rains it pours. Then a baby followed quickly after and Andy knew that Rose was right so it was a boy in the oven! But Kim was honest that she wanted him to put a ring on it. Kroy sure was sweet to Kim’s girls Brielle and Arianna and remember when he was even doing Arianna’s nails…awwwwww.

I guess all the thanks goes to Sheree and that hilarious dancing event she took Kim to. Good time when they were on the way to the hospital and Kim reminds Kroy loudly not to forget her wig! Then their fight in the car…tense much?? And yes she is going to wear this wig during the delivery okay nurse lady! She sure didn’t lie about that swearing…then welcome to the world little Kroy Jaggar.

Next Barbie moves her new family into the Barbie mega-mansion. Who knew Kim would be into guns…and anything pink. Was the shooting range just to scare away the haters or to remind Kim that Kroy is packing heat…literally. Hilarious that Kroy installed cameras throughout the whole mega-mansion so that he can keep tabs on his woman and KJ. All Oh Kim, it’s all for your protection though love!

I still love when Sweetie, and Kim’s parents helped set the mood as Kim’s father Joe jumps out of the bathroom! And remember to name it after him, and Kim reminds him that Rose predicts another baby girl will be soon to come! Crazy…anyone got Rose’s number love? The next day Kim is crushed as her man left headed back to the NFL training camp after the long lockout.

So who’s gonna do diapers now? SWEETIE! Congrats on it all Kim!

Next stop: “Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding”

Kim gets all worked up as she gets ready for the wedding of the century…as she calls it. She’s got party-planner to the stars Colin Cowie heading up the event it’s sure to be a dazzling non-stop party. Consumed with stress, Kim even starts smoking again as Rose confesses that Kim’s palms say that Kroy’s parents don’t agree with her pending marriage! As the florist backs out 10 days before the big day, the tears start flowing and the wigs start flyin! Are you as pumped for this as we are!! Move over Kate Middleton, there’s a new princess in town!

New episodes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta return March 4 at 9/8c. Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding will premiere this spring on Bravo!

Sneak peek: Kandi Burruss searches for the next pop star on Bravo’s ‘The Kandi Factory’

Kandi Buruss is searching for new talent in her show The Kandi Factory, premiering March 4.

Here’s some info about the show via a Bravo press release:

In this special Burruss will give two protégés, with no music industry experience, the opportunity to come to Atlanta where she will write an original song for each based on their personal stories. The amateurs will then have the chance to work with her team of experts – comprised of a producer, choreographer and stylist – to master the key elements that make a pop star.

Burruss has identified three factors that have to fit together to create a pop sensation: the song, the look and the performance. The hopeful who makes a lasting impression will score the opportunity of a lifetime – a song released and a music video produced by The Kandi Factory.

RHOA episode 14 “No Bones About It” reaction

After visiting the orphanage the ladies have some dinner and are actually nice to each other…let’s see how long this peace will last. Next they are off to a museum where they get to meet a local herbalist that reads fortune, but Phaedra ain’t having it.

The herbalist tells Kandi she’ll marry the man she is living with. Kandi explains this man died…the herbalist says he’s still with her like he’s still her man! Marlo needs to find a real man to marry and hasn’t found him yet. The herbalist says Sheree won’t marry again, she needs to just stay in her house as she is old now. Ouch.

As for NeNe, the bones say she isn’t happy and her husband is a good man but if she isn’t happy then she shouldn’t stay with him. Then there’s Cynthia…and apparently she is happy in her marriage…yeah right Mr. Bones.

Later the ladies bond at a pajama slumber party and talk quickly turns to sex. Suddenly Kandi and Marlo have a lot more in common than they thought! The next morning Marlo is sick in bed, throwing up and all and NeNe helps take care of her. Phaedra is sure the witch doctor put the “hoo-joo” on Marlo because she was mocking him…LOL Phaedra could be right!! Call Mr. Bones or better yet, call the Ghostbusters!

At lunch NeNe says that Kim is the captain to team small and that comment totally pisses off Kandi. Later Team Small calls Kim back home as Sheree calls out Kandi for not thinking that Kim would have come to play with the little black babies!! But Kandi reminds them that it was Cynthia who said that! Seems like there are some cracks in Team Small.

On their last night they all dress in traditional outfits for their last dinner in South Africa. So Kandi calls out Sheree for telling Kim that orphanage comment and Cynthia confirms that she said that. NeNe reminds them that all they were doing was reporting to their boss lady?? That sets off Kandi…then she starts up with Marlo and her labels…like can we feed the animals in the zoo as they are starting to get to kill each other.

Next time on “From Motherland to Haterville”:

The ladies leave South Africa as Peter wants to do something for his first anniversary with Cynthia, Kim bitches to Sheree about the orphanage comment, and Peter tells NeNe that Bryson is in jail so she should bail his ass out. And Kandi tries to defend herself in front of Kim and Sheree.

A new episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired on February 13, the ladies are still in South Africa & Marlo/Sheree are still fighting! Here’s our take on it:

So we are back in South Africa and right back in the middle of Marlo & Sheree’s screaming match about air mattresses and Rolexes as NeNe tries to act as peacemaker. At one point they stop using words and they just make odd sounds at each other until NeNe shoves Marlo upstairs to ready for Nobu as Team Small head off to Kevin’s house for a dinner party.

The dinner party starts off with some fire dancers and it seems like Kandi finds an admirer at the table. Sitting beside her was an up and coming producer who mentions he’s a huge fan of Xscape! But Kandi isn’t into the idea of him being jobless since he is a model and all. Is she nuts or what??

Team Tall hit Nobu as Marlo tells everyone to Google her to check her charges! After dinner, Team Tall heads over to the club as Team Small arrive with Kevin in tow. Well Marlo just can’t seem to stop fronting as she actually throws a wad of cash into the air…making it rain moneeey! How embarrassing as Phaedra and Kandi scramble to pick up all the bills and Phaedra even puts her new found cash in a safe place…in her bra! You go girl!

Next the ladies are off to Shamwari Game Reserve to do a safari! Marlo needs someone to do her hair and make up. I agree with Phaedra…get over yourself girlfriend! They can’t even agree on what rooms to take so they draw numbers as NeNe and Marlo getting the smaller older suite.NeNe then gets flowers brought to her at the breakfast table from her admirer John. Wow who knew you can get FTD delivered to South Africa?

I laughed so hard when Marlo and her disco pants asked to have someone carry her ass out to the jeeps! So they head off and it’s all Lion King live out there. Next up is a visit with a local orphanage. Before they get there, the ladies meet some fun school kids and they all bust out some dance moves together! So the ladies head into a small store to buy some treats for the locals, food for the school kids and supplies to an orphanage filled with abused and HIV infected kids who later break out into song! Maybe now the ladies can understand just how blessed they really are…

And next time:

In “No Bones About It” the ladies try to play nice until a phone call to Kim back home threatens to derail the South African train…again.

A new episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired on January 29 and we watched as the drama continued in South Africa! Here’s our take on it:

The ladies head off to the motherland South Africa for 10 days with Marlo in tow. Team Short gets invited to Sheree’s friend home for a dinner party as Team Tall gets bitter.

Kim is struggling at home alone with her two boobs and four kids, including Sweetie! Kim’s parents come over to cook her up some food and discuss when Kroy will pop the big question??

Next the ladies head off on a sunset yacht cruise and Marlo is still talking etiquette but things quickly set off between Kandi and Marlo then Cynthia and Phaedra and then NeNe calls out Phaedra! Marlo mentions the tension between NeNe and Sheree…but they just play it off until later. Marlo steps up to Sheree like some high school bully as she calls Sheree a f*g-loving ugly stupid ass bitch that has no home and was just at Onyx with a drug dealer!?

But Sheree fires backs exposing Marlo’s big billionaire papi as an 80 year-old white man! But Marlo says with Sheree’s low self-esteem that she could introduce Sheree to the old man so she could start to come up too!

Now that’s what I call “keepin’ it 100!” NeNe tries to hush up Marlo but she just kept going with heartfelt words like, “are you prejudice against whites” and “everyone at Neiman Marcus knows you return all your stuff!” And all this happened because girlfriend didn’t get invited to some dinner party…

And next time:

Marlo wants everyone to Google her to check her charges, the girls do a safari; meet a local healer, and visit with some awesome local kids.

A new episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired on January 22 and we saw a lot more Marlo Thompson this week! Here’s our take on it:

All the girls are busy getting ready to head to South Africa as Kandi & Kim start sweating…Kandi the old fashioned way and Kim…the new age way. But Kim isn’t going since she just gave birth.

Meanwhile Peter wants some quality time with Cynthia before her big trip but she is too busy packing!

Phaedra explains to Apollo about Marlo’s violent past and is concerned about her coming on the trip. They joke that NeNe could get kidnapped in the bush and left in South Africa! Preach girl.

Marlo confides in NeNe that she isn’t into Kandi’s attitude and NeNe isn’t sure if she and Sheree can make up for lost time.

Kim is sad that Kroy is leaving town as the NFL lockout if finally over. But no worries Kroy can see the whole house via security cameras on his cell! So the head home for some alone time but Sweetie and her parents are still busy setting the mood…which is totally creepy!

Kandi’s daughter is sad that she can’t go on the trip with her mom and Sheree decides that she will ignore NeNe – just like at home. Marlo surprises all the girls at the airport!

And next time in South Africa: Just Like Home

The girls do a safari; meet a local healer, dance and cruise on yachts. Plus the ladies meet some local kids. Kandi calls out Marlo as NeNe can’t even wrangle her new friend to calm down.

Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta featured guns and news about an upcoming trip to South Africa! Here’s our take on it:

Kim and Kroy head to the gun range to buy the baby his own gun and of course Kim buys something pink.

Meanwhile Cynthia, Peter, Phaedra, and Apollo head out for dinner to see if the men can smooth out their issues. As Phaedra explains that it’s powder in your panties hot outside and it heats up inside as Phaedra announces a girl’s trip to South Africa.

NeNe has another “meeting” with John, as she is looking for an executive lounge that she wants to open. And she gets a new pair of Louboutins.

Kandi and Phaedra hit an African dance class to get in shape for South Africa and later Kandi shows Phaedra Marlo Hampton’s various mug shots that have blown up online.

Kim heads off to see her psychic Rose, who predicts another baby girl! So then she reads the baby’s hand who will not marry young and then Kroy’s hand who has been worried about the lockout that will be over soon.

Later at Kandi’s dinner party, her mother tries in vain get NeNe and Kim then NeNe and Sheree all to make up but it’s a no go. I wonder if Kim brought her pink gun?

And next time on “Shaping Up and Shipping Out”

NeNe asks Marlo to come to South Africa, Kim is upset that Kroy is shipping out and the gang is shocked when Marlo shows up at the airport!

Last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta featured NeNe & Marlo finally talking about Charles! Here’s our take on it:

Phaedra’s son Ayden, his grandmother, and mother discuss the upcoming funeral home and how Apollo just isn’t into the dead people yet but is willing to move forward to make his wife happy. Good man!

Kim and Kroy are still busy moving into their new Barbie mega-mansion but Brielle is busy pissing everyone off by not helping out.

Kandi hits the road for Nashville as Jo Dee Messina offers to help jump-start Kandi’s move into country music.

Marlo Hampton and NeNe finally sit down to air out their issues. Who knew Marlo has been arrested seven times mostly for probation violation plus her six months in County for beating down some chick??

Meanwhile Cynthia finally finds Peter (LOL) and they head off to salsa lessons and good for her calling his ass out on his shit! So then they head off to talk to the pastor that married them….and good for Peter for starting to taking responsibility for his actions.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield recently releases a new single inspired by one of the dramatic moments of RHOA…ever!

Remember when Sheree visited her party planner Anthony during the premiere of RHOA season 2? Things didn’t go too well and they two ended up in a screaming match! Sheree told Anthony, “Who ‘gon check me, boo” and she recently released her new track inspired by this now infamous catchphrase.

Sheree also rips co-star NeNe Leakes in the song with the lyrics, “Before you say anything else to me, go and fix your grill.”
