Two weeks later, on a jet Quinn meets with a mystery man who has the key needed for the intersect. Sarah’s on the same jet in the luggage/cargo area. She’s armed and makes her way into the cabin. Sarah shoots up the place as Quinn turns a gun on her. But the cabin door swings open and Sarah hits her head before falling out of the plane! She lands on the beach, but is her memory back?

Elsewhere, Chuck wonders if Sarah can snap out it and remembers her life! Devin, Ellie, and Morgan urge Chuck to go and fight for his wife!
Later, General Beckman meets with Casey in person and she wants him to bring down Quinn.
At the Buy More, Chuck gets Jeff & Lester to help find Sarah’s whereabouts. They find out Sarah arrived in LA and is at the Buy More. Chuck and Sarah reunite! She tells him she needs the help of Castle to find Chuck. They find out that Quinn is in contact with a man named Renny Deutsch. She tells Chuck she only knows how to be spy, so after she finds Quinn, she’ll disappear.
In Berlin, Chuck, Sarah, and Morgan follow Renny. At a mexican restaurant Chuck and Sarah arrive. Meanwhile Casey’s running surveillance from a helicopter.
The couple then head to a Russian consulate dinner. They dance their way to get closer to Renny to find out his next location which is another restaurant, the Wienerlicious.
Sarah’s slowly remembering that she used to work at the Wienerlicious in Burbank.

Quinn shows up, captures Sarah, Chuck and Morgan. Sarah saves Chuck from Quinn and they fight the armed men together. Chuck tries to follow Quinn in the streets of Berlin. He’s got a clean shot to kill Quinn but he fires his gun in the air and shoots down Casey’s helicopter!
Back at Castle, Casey decides to put Sarah, Chuck, and Morgan into custody. Alex’s been calling Casey but he hasn’t been answering. His goal to capture Quinn and he’s ruthless to get him. Casey calls Alex a “liability” and that he “lost his edge.” But Morgan calls him out and Casey decides to free his friends. Chuck called his mom Mary/Frost to help, just when Sarah wants to leave.

Frost tells the team that if Quinn finds the last part of the key (there’s 3) he can create a new file or restore old memories. Chuck’s dad gave the last part of the key to a person in the government. Ellie wants to help so that Sarah can get her memory back but Chuck needs to get the glasses back from Quinn. It turns out Beckman has the third part to the key but she’s at the symphony and Quinn’s already there!
Chuck, Sarah, and Casey arrive at the symphony but the General is hooked up to a bomb that is sound sensitive to the music. If it stops, the bomb will explode!
Sarah and Chuck find Quinn outside the venue. Quinn tells them the bomb will explode when the music ends. But Jeff & Lester arrive to perform songs as Jeffster! When Quinn pulls out a gun, Sarah shoots him and Chuck is forced to make a decision. Chuck downloads the intersect, flashes and disarms the bomb with Sarah’s help!

Back at Castle, Beckman thanks the team and its the end of the spy game. Casey hugs Chuck goodbye and gives Sarah a handshake. Sarah tells Chuck that she needs time to be alone to figure herself out.

At the Buy More, Jeff & Lester tell Big Mike about their life saving gig, but Mike doesn’t believe it. A record executive tells Jeff & Lester he wants to sign the, to a record deal in Germany. After some tears, Jeffster leave the Buy More for good.
Elsewhere, Alex & Morgan tell Casey that they’re moving in together. Casey gives them the keys to his apartment as he wants to be closer to Gertrude.
Frost spends some time with baby Clara as Devin & Ellie accept their job offer to Chicago and pack up their apartment.
Chuck finds Sarah at the beach, and tells her he’ll always be around to help her. Sarah wants him to tell her a story. So Chuck tells her their love story as we see flashbacks over the past five seasons! Chuck tells her about Morgan’s idea–that id they kiss, Sarah will remember everything, and they kiss! That’s a wrap folks!
