Black Eyed Peas star Fergie is in talks to join Fox’s The X Factor as a new judge!

According to Life & Style Weekly, an insider says, “There have been some conversations. It’s in the early stages, but Fergie’s the one who approached the producers about joining the panel.”

An insider also says Simon Cowell is looking for a new who “wants to be on the show and isn’t doing it just for a paycheck.”

So what about a replacement host for Steve Jones? L&S says Glee star Darren Criss has reportedly turned to the offer to host the show!

Reality Weekly‘s February 27 2012 issue features a report that Kris Humphries got everything he wanted.

In the issue:

The last year has been a tumultuous one for Kris Humphries, thanks to his divorce from Kim Kardashian — but as he turns 27, things are looking up. Celebrating with family and friends at a birthday bash at Abe & Arthur’s Restaurant in New York City on Feb. 4, Kris told RWexclusively, he now has everything he wants.

“This year, I was blessed to spend my birthday with so many supportive people in my life,” says the star. “I’m so glad to have a [basketball] season and to get out there and play,” he adds. “And in my off-time I’ve been working with my foundation, [The Kris Humphries Foundation].”

But the time for reflection was not Saturday night at his party, where he and his older sister Kaela — who’s been his close confidante through everything — hosted 85 of his family and closest friends including his coach, Avery Johnson, several Nets teammates, and even Jersey Shore‘s Vinny Guadagnino.

Simon Cowell and his fiancee, Mezhgan Hussainy are taking a break.

Mezhgan Hussainy - The 38th International Emmy Awards

Cowell told the Brit newspaper the Daily Mirror, “It’s quite a complicated relationship. We have had a break from each other, and we are still incredibly close.”

“I’m vulnerable. It’s not on, it’s not off, it’s somewhere in the middle. I don’t know if I will ever get married, but I am happy.”

The couple met on the set of American Idol back in 2003. They were engaged in 2010.

Fox released a preview of what we can all expect from his new show.

Cowell admits, “I like the idea where a teenager can compete with someone in their fifties and can compete with a vocal group.”

The winner wins a cool $5 million dollar contract

The show will air Fall 2011 on Fox.

Simon Cowell and Mezhgan Hussainy will get married four times this year says Simon’s bro Tony Cowell.

According to Contactmusic.com Tony told Real Radio: “My mum is in Los Angeles sorting out the lovebirds. Mum’s final words to me before she flew off to Los Angeles were, ‘Last year he said he was never, never, never going to get married and this year he’s getting married four times, once in Brighton, once in Los Angeles, once in Barbados on a yacht and once in Hollywood.’ “

Simon’s ex Sinitta says, “It will be a pretty surreal do – Salvador Dali-inspired. There’ll be angels and all sorts everywhere. What Simon wants, Simon gets. The theme of the wedding is Miracles Do Happen – Simon getting married just goes to prove it.”

Simon Cowell recently revealed his detest for Dancing With the Stars.

According to PopEater, Simon says “You have no longer made yourself contemporary, everything is too old-fashioned. If you listen to one of those dancing shows, they always have a singer murdering a song on it. “If you’ve ever watched it. That’s what it [sounds like].”

Is Simon mad that more peeps are watching Dancing than American Idol??

They reportedly met during American Idol a couple years ago but started dating when Cowell broke-up with Terri Seymour.

The couple have been together for nearly a year.

A source tells NY Daily News, ”Guy has been in the music business since Madonna discovered him when he was 17, and he has a lot of the same experience as Simon.”

What’s the setback to Guy joining Idol??

He’s not that famous in mainstream media.

The source says, ”Producers are worried that viewers in suburban areas won’t know who Guy is. Simon has an incredible following, but the same can’t really be said for Guy.”

We have to wait and see who Simon’s replacement will eventually be. But Guy is said to be in lead.

Paula Abdul is eyeing ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and it looks like she’ll get a good payout.

According to TMZ ABC has offered Abdul a million dollar development deal, with one condition: she must appear on DWTS.

This deal would also allow Abdul to be featured on Simon Cowell‘s new show X Factor.
