He checked into an impatient program
His rep told TMZ, that Sitch “has spent the past several weeks at an undisclosed location for much needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule.”
He’s currently being treated for substance abuse.

Jersey Shore‘s The Situation is suing his papa Frank over website TheConfrontationSite.com, reports TMZ.
The Sitch aka Mike launched a lawsuit in Miami claiming papa Frank is trying to damage his rep and illegally using his son’s name on the website.
Mike wants an unspecified amount in damages.
He also wants a judge to ban Frank from using his name and likeness on the website.
Now that’s a situation.
Mike’s currently in Italy filming the new season of Jersey Shore.

Jersey Shore cast is getting a pretty sweet and hefty raise for season four of the MTV hit show.
Sources tells EW.com, the cast is raking in $100,000 per episode for about 13 episodes total.
Back for season 2 the cast earned $5,000 per episode.
MTV has no comment about contract negotiations.
Season four of Jersey Shore will head to Italy and begin filming in May.
Remember a couple of weeks ago when it was announced Jersey Shore would head to Italy for season four?
Well the location is confirmed but the cast isn’t!
According to RadarOnline.com, J-Woww, Pauly D, and Snooki have not signed their contracts yet as they are still working on getting the right amount of money. Deena hasn’t signed her contract either!
A source tells the news site, “As of last week…Ronnie, Sammi, and Vinny were done.”
Last time the cast had to sign negotiations it was Sammi, Vinny, and Ronnie who waited a while to sign.
Time is ticking down as production in Italy is supposed to begin soon!

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was booed at Donald Trump‘s roast which is scheduled to air on March 15 on Comedy Central.
According to Page Six Mike’s jokes were bad…as a result he was booed and heckled.
Apparently he told Roast attendee Snoop Dogg, “Donald Trump and your ancestors had a lot in common — they owned real estate, and your ancestors were property!” Whoa, whoa, whoa! Update: apparently Comedy Central cut joke from the roast telecast.
When Mike heard the boos he told the crown, “This is my first time doing comedy!” To which comic Jeff Ross yelled, “And your last!” Ouch!

After leaving Monday night’s performance of Dancing With the Stars, The Situation was leaving Playhouse nightclub in L.A. when his SUV was stopped by cops, reports TMZ.
Cops pulled over the SUV as The Sitch and his friends got out of the car to talk with the cops who were still in their squad car. No one knows who The Sitch and his friends were pulled over but they were never cited for anything.

Dancing With the Stars continues tonight at 9/8c on ABC.
No trademark for The Situation (real name Mike Sorretino) as his application is denied.
According to documents obtained by The Smoking Gun, Mike wanted to trademark his famous nickname on clothes was denied as The Situation is already trademarked by a Memphis retailer.
If that’s not bad enough, he can’t trademark his real name as it’s already been taken by a NYC retailer, reports Gawker.
Sorrentino’s lawyer has filed an appeal.
Maybe Mike should try and get GTL trademarked instead.
