Nicole Scherzinger is featured in the August 2011 issue of InStyle UK.
In the issue Nicole talks her workout regime:
“My physique definitely takes work,” she admitted. “But I fluctuate. Sometimes, I’m in superhero mode and I’m all buff and lean, but at the moment I’m a little more relaxed.”
Nicole makes her debut as a judge on The X Factor premiering September 21 on Fox.
