Ryan Reynolds is featured in the June 2011 issue of Details Magazine.
In the issue Ryan talks about his divorce from Scarlett Johansson:
“Departing a relationship and still maintaining the idea that this is still the same person I married is a great luxury that I experienced. Thankfully I was in a relationship where two people chose to remain on the high road in every regard.”
He talks being single:
“I have no interest in dating right now. It just seems so kind of alien to me at this point. I’ve been in relationships pretty much since high school. Some people look at that as a good thing. I think wiser people might see that as a house of cards.”
Ryan also talks his love of Canada, his hometown is Vancouver:
“I love Canada. It makes a nice hat for America. When America runs out of water, it’s the first place I’ll go. I gotta go home. I haven’t been there in a long, long time.”
His new film Green Lantern co-stars Blake Lively, Tim Robbins, Angela Bassett, and Peter Sarsgaard. The film opens in theaters on June 17.
