Ginnifer Goodwin is featured in the May/June 2011 issue of Boston Common Magazine.
In the issue she talks the end of Big Love:
“It feels like the end of an era. I truly believe that is the best job I will ever have. We were so supremely happy there every day for the seven years it took us to make five seasons.”
She also talks when she knew she wanted to be an actress:
“I always knew I was going to be an actress. I mean, I loved other things—I danced for 14 years, I figure skated, rode horseback. I loved science. But there was never any question on whether I was going to be an actress.”
Ginnifer also talks her character Rachel in her new film Something Borrowed:
“I got really excited about telling the story of such a flawed woman. I was inspired by the idea that in any other movie, this woman would be the antagonist—she makes the socially unacceptable decision every step of the way, and I really enjoyed the challenge of trying to make her sympathetic.”
Something Borrowed opens in theaters May 6th.
