Paramore‘s Hayley Williams is featured in the May 2011 issue of Cosmopolitan.
In the issue Hailey talks being a Cosmo cover girl is kind of a big deal:
“I would be put on these lists of sexiest musicians, and I would cringe. I didn’t see myself that way, and I certainly would have never dreamed I could be a Cosmo cover girl. Eventually I just decided that sexiness comes in a lot of forms. I’m not a blonde bombshell, but I can still be sexy, I think interesting is attractive too.”
She also talks dating lead guitarist of New Found Glory‘s Chad Gilbert:
“We both have busy schedules and we have the worst timing of any couple I’ve ever met. I won’t call him until he’s about to record, and he won’t call back until I am in the middle of a photoshoot. The longest time we’ve spent apart is three months, but we work hard to star connected.”
Hayley and her Paramore bandmates are working on new songs for their next album.
