A episode of Chuck aired on Sept. 27 and in case you missed it, we’ve got a recap of what happened:

“Chuck Versus the Suitcase”

The episode begins with model/guest star Karolina Kurkova firing a gun with bullets that light up and one hits the man straight in the forehead and she walks away without anyone noticing.

Back in at home…

Devon, Morgan, Ellie, Chuck, and Sarah are gathered together with decisions to make about the baby that will not be born for another six months. Morgan makes a comment that Sarah hasn’t unpacked yet.

Chuck and Sarah talk about Morgan’s comment and she admits it’s weird that it has been eight months and she hasn’t unpacked. Chuck and Morgan head back to work at the Buy More as Chuck voices his concerns about Sarah not unpacking her stuff into her side of the closet. Morgan is confronted by the Old Spice guy Isaiah Mustafa. Morgan tells Chuck to look for the Achilles heel in his relationship with Sarah.

The General briefs Chuck, Sarah, and Casey on the agent who was shot in Milan, he was tracking Sophia (played by Kurkova). She used a cover as a supermodel, and stole high-tech “smart bullets” that has a built-in GPS to “help guide bullets to their targets.” Sarah and Chuck are assigned to the case before they head off, Casey tells Chuck “beautiful woman all have baggage” and Chuck should be happy that Sarah only has a suitcase.

In Milan, Chuck and Sarah attend a party and find Sophia. Chuck tries to grab her purse but ends up grabbing her butt instead. They notice the bartender takes her purse, they grab it and find a bomb inside and not the smart bullets. Chuck must keep holding onto the bomb or it will explode and in a panic says her “still loves Sarah,” even though she has a weird unpacking thing. Sarah defuses the bomb and asks Chuck about the still loves her part. As they leave Chuck tries to do some damage control with Sarah while she stays on topic with finding Sophia.

Morgan tells The General that the Buy More is no longer The Buy More. He explains that the staff are really on their toes and that may be the CIA way but not the Buy More way.

In Milan, Chuck tries to give more excessive compliments to Sarah as they break into Sophia’s Presidential Suite at her hotel. They look around and Chuck notices that Sophia doesn’t have a problem unpacking unlike Sarah. Sophia and guest star Lou Ferrigno enter the hotel room as Chuck and Sarah hide in the closet. Sophia goes to take a shower while Chuck checks her out in front of Sarah. Chuck flashes on the safe and gets the code. Sarah distracts Ferrigno as Chuck gets the bullets inside the safe and is trapped by an unclothed Sophia. She points a gun at him and he tells her that he’s got a girlfriend. Sarah finds them and Sophia turns the gun on Chuck. Sarah shoots the shower as a distraction as her and Chuck escapes.

Back at CIA/Buy More the General examines the bullets and finds out they are fake. She tells Sarah and Chuck that Sophia must’ve hidden the real bullets. The General tells them Morgan is “recruiting.”

Next is a video message from Jeff, sort of like a video diary/confession. He says it’s day 184 and they’re still running from the PoPo (police). They live “in the wild” in Jeff’s van. It turns out Morgan and Casey are spying/trying to recruit them. Morgan tells them him and Casey are there to offer their jobs back as no one suspected them of burning the Buy More down. Negotiations start and Casey shoots them with tranquilizers.

Sarah and Chuck head home as Devon tells them people at the Buy More are professional and quick on their feet, as if they were spies. Chuck deflects Devon’s suspicions telling them nothing has changed at the Buy More. Devon brings more baby stuff to him and Ellie’s apartment. Ellie tells him she didn’t need her mom growing up and Devon & Chuck are the only family she needs.

Back at Chuck & Sarah’s, he tells her she doesn’t need to feel pressure to unpack. She tells him it’s hard for her to lay some roots down as she didn’t really have that growing up. This reminds Chuck that Sophia never unpacked the one dress she has so it must be specially designed for her. They head back to Milan.

In Milan, Chuck and Sarah are disguised at Milan Fashion Week. They head backstage to find the dress Sophia wears, Chuck finds and Sarah puts it on. They are found by armed men. Chuck locks Sarah in the closet and Sophia is in there. Chuck’s confronted by five armed men but flashes and defeats them. Ferrigno tells Chuck he messed up his chances with Sophia. Chuck pats his face down with his tranq gloves. In hair & makeup Sarah and Sophia fight and continue to fight on the catwalk. Sarah defeats Sophia and cameras flash, Chuck is happy with Sarah and urges the crowd to clap her on.

Back at the CIA/Buy More the General tosses a fashion magazine with Sarah’s photo on the cover. The General basically tells Chuck and Sarah they did a great job, in her own words.

Ellie heads to the Buy More as Devon calls Chuck to give him a heads up. Ellie walks into the Buy More with a puzzled look on her face. Morgan assures her there’s nothing different and cues Lester & Jeff, along with the previous Buy More staff. Jeff tries to hit on her. The General tells Morgan he did a good job and she makes his store manager of the Buy More. Casey makes a call to his daughter Alex and we see a softer of Casey, a rare sight!!

At Ellie & Devon’s Ellie decides to look through a box of her old mementos including family photos with her mom and dad.

At Chuck & Sarah’s she finally unpacks her clothes. Chuck finds an old photo of them in her suitcase. Sarah tells Chuck that she’s her home and he always has been, making out/fooling out ensues.

He tells her what Morgan said about the Achilles heel issue, and he says they don’t have one, they have a real future. He then tells her maybe they are next to have marriage and a baby, something Sarah doesn’t look to pleased with!!
