John Hamm and Rebecca Hall are featured in the August 2010 issue of W Magazine.
Both stars star in The Town written and directed by Ben Affleck. The film also stars Affleck, Blake Lively, Jeremy Renner, and Chris Cooper. The film is based on Chuck Hogan‘s book Prince of Thieves about four bank robbers being pursued by cops.
In the issue both stars talk about Affleck off-set:
Hall: “He’s kind of what you expect: He’s incredibly smart; he’s good fun. It’s got to be odd being that famous, especially in Boston, where he can’t walk a block without having to put his hood up. He is Mr. Boston.”
Hamm: “I mean, the guy is a patron saint of that city. [When you’re] walking around with him, everybody of every walk of life is like, “Hey, Ben!”"
The Town releases in theaters September 17.
