A new episode of The Bachelorette aired on Monday Ali traveled to the final four’s home towns to meet their families. Here’s what happened:

Roberto and family in Tampa, FL

Ali flies to Tampa to meet with Roberto and his family. She meets Roberto on the campus of the University of Tampa, his alma mater. The two visit his “field of dreams” where he used to play for U of T’s baseball team. Roberto dons his baseball outfit for Ali.

Ali then meets up with his family including his dad a former Army Ranger who has some tough questions for Ali. They all sit down for dinner at Roberto’s family home. Ali does her best answering the questions in an honest way.

Roberto gets his mother and father’s blessing if he proposes to Ali (if that happens).

Chris and family in Cape Cod, MA

Ali meets up with Chris and two stroll along the beach together. They head to Chris’ home and look at photos of his late mother. She finally gets to meet his dad and his brothers, whom Chris have been talking about. Ali and his dad have a heart-to-heart talk about love and live.

It seems like Ali is fitting right in with Chris’ family. However, Chris’ family doesn’t want to see him end up broken-hearted in the end.

Chris and Ali seems to be making great strides in their relationship and it was great to see Chris in his element back home.

Kirk and family in Green Bay, WI

Ali meet up with Kirk’s family separately in Green Bay. She meets with his dad first. All goes well until Ali heads to the basement and sees his taxidermy work. Ali didn’t seem to impressed! But she seems happy about how proud Kirk’s dad is about his son.

They visit with Kirk’s mom who tells Ali about Kirk’s difficult struggle with his sudden illness that almost killed him.

We didn’t really them talk about the future much, maybe that was the straw that broke the camel’s back for Ali, so to speak.

Frank and family Chicago, IL

Ali heads to Chicago to visit Frank and his family in Chicago. The first take a romantic boat tour but there’s some weird energy between the two of them: Ali thinks he’s anxious, Frank says “he confused.”

Then they go and meet his family and they tell Ali that Frank’s just stressed because he has strong feelings for her.

It seems like Ali is way more into Frank than he’s into her as we’ll see in Tahiti next week when Franks departs unexpectedly.

So who went home??

Kirk DeWindt, he seemed like an overall good guy, but in the end he wasn’t right for Ali.

What can we expect next week on The Bachelorette??

Ali takes the remaining guys to Tahiti for overnight dates. Frank seems to be hiding something, maybe it’s the fact that he’s still in love with his ex!! Wonder how Ali will react to the news.
